It was already delayed so this might actually happen if Sony gave Rockstar a big enough paycheck but I highly doubt it, Rockstar denied it.

Maybe they will release a better version on Ps4/X720 at the same time as they release on PC? Given the simple PC-like architecture of PS4 that would be a reasonable move. I'm waiting for the PC version either way.

Nah, a game is a game is a game, they don't need to revamp the visuals to bring on more appeal.  Performance would be a bonus but delaying the game to the end of 2013 to early 2014 wouldn't be worth it.
