[QUOTE="xYamatox"][QUOTE="SaltyMeatballs"] If you mean they don't create many M/18 rated titles, then you're right. But the 3rd party support looks positive, so it doesn't look like you'll have to worry about a game not being "Mature". And if that's what it has come down to when selecting whether to buy a console, then I pity you.SaltyMeatballs
So, you pity me because I look for a variety of target audiences in a console...? Strange, that seems like a natural thing gamers would WANT in a console. It's like I said earlier, I love some rated E games as much as the next person, but playing nothing but kid friendly games is something to pity on, not variety.
As a gamer, I look for a variety of good games and genres. Not whether it's got enough E-M rated games.A game's rating can drastically change what type of game you're looking for. A rated E survival horror game probably wouldn't be that great (although I guess it's possible), and if you are looking for a real gritty action game, I doubt you'll get it with an E rating.
Yes, the rating a game get's doesn't equal out to how good the game is, but some genre's are more or less stuck within a certain rating, based on what the player is looking for. Believe it or not, some gamers don't like the cartoony theme of most Nintendo brand titles. It's called an opinion.
