[QUOTE="mitu123"][QUOTE="W1NGMAN-"]Speak for yourself I didn't pass judgement on the game till I beat it which took me about 25 hours. Very repetitive and boring...the story was lame, Niko wasn't interesting, no variety in the missions....
I could keep going on and on.
W1NGMAN-
I would like for you to go on and on as well...Alright....
- Why give me tons of money when I can only use it on buying clothes?
- Why make those stupid toll booths that only slow the game down and irritate me?
- Why make every chase sequence on rails? I never bothered trying to blow the other car up while chasing because I knew the driver would either wreck on his own or get hit by someone.
- Why make some of these missions sooo freakin long with no checkpoints inbetween? Do you really think I want to die in the middle of a 15 minute mission and then have to start all over again?
- I wanted more Brucie!!! Once he came on screen I was getting the good ol GTA vibe again, too bad he didn't last long.
- Lock on aiming? Seriously it makes the shooting easy and boring
- How many times is the main character Niko gonna keep talking about wanting to make changes in his life then turn around and kill for money?
- Go here, wack this guy, come back, go again, wack this guy, kill guy you've been working for...rinse and repeat. Niko was pretty much everyones lap dog, another reason I didn't like the main character
- Sooo many annoying character, especially the "streets" guy..ugh
I think that covers most of my complaints.
1. Clothes, weapons, taxis and other stuff too. Did you expect that you could buy property? That would be tough to do since that Niko is an illegal immigrant after all.
2. Too add on to the realism of the game and there's very few of them so you're not making a bunch of stops. This is a lousy complaint.
3. Okay, this is fair.
4. No GTA game has had this so you start complaining now? Some missions take you right into the action depending on how long one sequence could be. When it's not needed, it's not used.
5. No comment. He annoyed me sometimes anyway.
6. I'm pretty sure all GTA games on console had lock-on.
7. If you followed the story then you just might understand why all of that was going on.
8. There was a more than just killing everyone and at least GTA4 didn't have to resort to ridiculous limits to keep the gamer entertained like having to steal a freaking jetpack.
9. I thought GTA4 had the best cast in a GTA game. They were much more believable and likeable.
