Wow Xbox 360 owners.... what happened to all the games?

Seriously, the Xbox has been severely lacking in the games department. They don't have one single damn game thats already available that I can play on the PS3 or PC. All thats left are a buch of exclusive Kinect titles. They had a great head start over Sony but just shifted into a downward spiral.

Where are the games?

I don't know, but I can tell you that Bastion isn't exclusive.

It seems to be mostly Kinect stuff these days.

But I'm really looking forward to AW: American Nightmare.

most of my 360 library consists of ... you guessed it, MULTIPLATS.

360 has no games these days.

I liked Killzone 3 and Uncharted 3 a lot but even with them the exclusives for Sony in 2011 were only okay. There was a lot of exclusives but they were in general weak. Even the two I like a lot didn't knock me on my butt.

Quantity doesn't beat Quality and when the multiplats are better on one system consistently you forget which ones were exclusive and just remember what system you had turned on the most and what controller you had in your hand.

The controller is a visceral part of gaming connection and is often what lingers subconsciously with your thoughts about a game.

Microsoft doesn't need exclusives at this point. Kinect is cleaning up sales wise and helping to move consoles along with their advertising and casual friendly price point. Microsoft will also most likely announce the next Xbox next year for a 2013 release. Also let's face it, Halo 4 will be enough for alot of Xbox 360's core fanbase anyway.FlamesOfGrey

Nope, I fail to see your point. Counting games that aren't exclusive as exclusives is a pretty weak way to make your list seem larger.

Yes it only had a few non-exclusives this year but they were still better than the PS3's. Plus Microsoft had to concentrate on Kinect (which was full of exclusives BTW) and it paid off because it blew Sony out of the water in sales. And then you have the XBLA exclusives....... but cows do not count XBLA and Kinect because they can't get ahead that way.

It is at the time of a consoles life cycle where exclusives do not matter. The 360's big exclusive is XBOX Live. You cows will never admit it of course but get in a game of Call of Duty on it vs playing it on PSN..........world of difference.

Bungie left, Epic games is 3rd party, they shut down Ensemble, Lionhead are mediocre and are now making kinect games, Rare are dead, Turn 10 are great but 1 good racing game cant beat Sony's whole lineup

The games are there..I don't see the issue...Ohh the whole exclusive thing...Meh..i have both ..remember the PS3 is a great BR player with some good exclusives.

Outside of the BR player and a few exclusives i enjoy my 360 more...IMO by and far a better controller to Live..So all my multi's go to the 360..i have around 70 games for the 360 and 8 for the PS3...so to say the 360 has no games is kinda funny when i look at my library.

Sony's lineup is a joke. Most of the crappy exclusive JRPGS make up most of it. Since when is kinect games bad? Have you even tried it? It gets good AA games that beat most of the PS3 library. Lol at you thinking xbox has only has a good racing game.

Not a lot of great exclusives on either side really, but at least Sony has been trying. The only console game i've bought all year was Uncharted 3 and I still havent opened it. Too many good, time consuming games for PC.

My thoughts excatly! I am looking at my slim version of both consoles and I am thinking damm why the eff did I even bother upgrading to the slim 360. I barely even play it past gears 3 and modern warfare 3 ( which I only got because friends and family did). Multiplats are pretty much the same on both 360 and ps3 at this point ( with very little differences between them). The only things keeping me from selling my 360 is xbox live (it is a bit better than psn and most of my family and friends are on it) and gears 3 thats it. Halo 4 does not excite me at all. Halo much like COD is starting to get old to me. I don't know.. but MS needs to do better in terms of core exclusives thats for sure.

Halo 4 Alan wake american nightmare Witcher 2 Steel battalion Minecraft Fable the journey Project draco Haunt Ryse I think there is enough to satisfy everyone besides there are still games to be announced.

Ps at least 360 gamers can enjoy the 2011 GOTY without any problems..

MS has been focussing on multiplats for quite a while now. Exclusives have been on a back-burner.

most the great games are on 360 they aint missing anything thats on ps3 thats for sure

Same thing for the cows 2001-2005.

I'm not sure TC, but I have had plenty of games to play on both my Xbox, and my PS3 this year. Of course I don't just play exclusives. Thank goodness because both systems sucked for exclusives this year.

here it is. But I live a place called "reality" where most of my gaming buddies buy and play on consoles. The ones with a ps3 won't be playing those games on it. But I know here all the PS3 fanboys have and game on a capable pc.cainetao11

TC specified that it has very few games that you can't already play on PC/PS3. It's reasonable to assume that he's talking about exclusives.

this isnt a big surprise really. one reason i chose the ps3, i can get nearly the same games as the 360, and more.
