XBLA vs PSN "Arcade" (Reality check)

EDIT: I thought cows were smarter and knew that this is a Arcade vs Sony "Arcade" comparison only, not a LIVE vs PSN comparison. Guess they proved me wrong :P

Unlike opinions, which we all have, lets see what Gamespot thinks (I assure you sites like Metacritic will paint a similar picture).

Sorry, if all you have is your opinion, then good for you. Otherwise, XBLA is still king over PSN.......by far.

They both have fantastic games, which is great.

Also, did you count the PSOne games PSN offers?

Anyways, XBLA has a full year advantage, and it shows. The great thing is both have unique experiences, and I'm glad I can play Braid, and Flower, etc.

XBLA does indeed have a much bigger game library than PSN. However, XBL in general is not that much better than PSN, and certainly not worth the pricetag.

well that kinda says something about your taste or more likely you ahvent browsed the XBLA catalogue. The demos are free, just try some games out and youll probably find a winner.

Oh i forgot though the PSP games can only be played on the PSP. I had a friend buy Guilty Gear cause we thought it was a PSP title that can be played on the PS3. In return I bought Duke Nukem on my 360 for him and it doesn't have co-op. :evil:

we accept gamespots review but to call the game garbage on the whole is silly. We only reference metacritic to show cows that the game isnt totally regarded in the way gamespot says so.

I didnt say LIVE vs PSN, I said XBLA vs PSN.

Basically if im only comparing 360s downloadable small games, then we onyl do PSNs small games.

Again, this isnt a LIVE vs PSN comparison, its a XBLA vs PSN "Arcade" comparison (damn sony for not distinguishing this)
