Xbox 1 wins award from AOL

Forget the fact that it was heavier than a cinder block. Overlook the reality that you needed Paul Bunyan-sized hands to properly grip the controller. Forgive Microsoft for the hideous font it chose to use for the logo (a variation of which Sony now inexplicably uses for the PS3). Ignore all of these design boo-boos and you're still left with the awful black and lime-green color scheme. It's so offensive, we'd hate it if we were blind.

I'm not a fan of MS, but I gotta say:

You guys are not considering the utility of the original Xbox. Work overnight at a convenience store? Strap one to your chest and bingo instant Bulletproof vest. Scared of nuclear war? Build the ultimate bomb shelter out of old consoles. Can't find enough cinder blocks for the foundation in your new house? Substitute Xboxes. Caught in the middle of the zombie apocolypse? Bash their brains out with it.

Can you do any of that with the other non-butch consoles? Heck no.

The console design wasn't 'ugly' it was just plain; but that original controller . . . . . . I don't have anything good to say about that blunder.  And I thought the controller for the Dream Cast was bad.  The controller S helped but it was still uncomfortable, even the current 360 controller doesn't feel right.
