[QUOTE="Subcritical"][QUOTE="Truth_Hurts_U"][QUOTE="Subcritical"] The only aspect I will agree upon is the purchase of two gaming titles. I believe that should be discounted out of the cost of the 360, as the software is different from hardware.
But to reinforce the integrity of the TC post: In the old Xbox days, Microsoft was advertising the Xbox as a Hi Res gaming device. But alas, no Hi Res dongle was provided when I made the error of purchasing an Xbox. So I had to make an addtional expenditure, as well as aquire component cables to achieve hi res gaming. That was appx $100.00 additional dollars. Yay!!

Xbox component cables were not $100. They were $50. I got mine for $30.
Monster component cables were $49.99. And then you forgot to include the Hi Def dongle from Microsoft. Look, I'm not trying to deceive anyone. The fact of the matter, and I believe the point in this thread, is to illustrate that console's nickle and dime you to death and elevate gaming cost.
Many consolies use the argument that PC gaming is way to expensive and consoles are much more cost effective. That is wrong. PC's hardware cost are all incurred up front. Console hardware is subsidized by higher game prices and expensive hardware costs that are spread out and less noticible. But they are there just the same.
XBOX360 COMES WITH COMPONENT CABLES YOU FREAKING TROLL!
@ you claiming to own xbox360 I some buttons
Childlish baby, I mentioned the Xbox, not the Xbox 360. Therefore your insults come from nowhere and are unwarranted. After purchasing an Xbox, I would never, ever conceive of owning a 360, thank you very much.
The original Xbox was toughted at the time of producing CG quality graphics and capable of Hi Res gaming, hence the Hi Res pack Microsoft sold.
You need to seriously re-think your strategy of insults.
