[QUOTE="gamergeekgeek"]and PS3 gets none. either way, Microsoft wins and profits, and Sony loosescoolguy1111No, people dont buy windows to play a specific game. They will be buying Vista to play Halo 2 and any game that is being released under the Games for Windows Banner......
I don't care, but they aren't exclusive if they're available on another platform. It doesn't matter to me. I just like it when games go multiplat so I get more games. I was happy with Assassin's Creed going multiplat because it meant I didn't have to fork over 600 bucks for the game. Not because it was teh ownage.
I love how people just gloss over this part:
"So don't hold out hope or put money down on a pre-order of a PC version of Gears just yet -- it just isn't happening this year."
So let me get this straight: I have to wait more than a year, plus upgrade my operating system and possibly get a new videocard for a game that will be 20 bucks when the PC version comes out? That makes a lot of sense....
No they arnt like cousins. Alot of 360 games are coming to the pc.coolguy1111perhaps because they are BOTH microsoft platforms so having games on both is how MS benefits most?

Yes, because GeOW would be the only reason for a pc gamer to keep his rig updated... :|I love how people just gloss over this part:

[QUOTE="colmusterd28"][QUOTE="useLOGIC"]in terms of the console itself, its a loss of an exclusive. now if someone wants to pick of gears and they have a highend pc, and gears comes out for pc, they no longer have to worry about picking up a 360. how is that not a loss of an exclusive? :SuseLOGIC
since we SW'ers like to have things official, lets be official on the definition of the word "exclusive":
from dictionary.com:
exclusive -
adjective
4. shutting all others out from a part or share
360 =/= pc.
actualyl, from your definition you just proved that they are exclusive as MS, being PC and 360 is shutting out Sony and Nintendo from their games and only releasing them on their platforms nice self ownage buddy[QUOTE="XboxUnderground"][QUOTE="coolguy1111"]No they arnt like cousins. the only ones who think otherwise are the ignorant haters trying to fabricate any bad press for the 360....
pc gaming blows... it's no fun, it's not social, and it blows having to play on a 19" monitor...
the money console games make over pc gaming proves this...
