Jelly? :cool::lol:
You know that Lems are really desperate when they are comparing mediocre games with PS3's high-scoring exclusives.
I watched the video review and it didn't look like a game I would enjoy. I'm sure tons of other games will enjoy it immensely so I see no reason to try and own someone over it. I think you kiddies are lame trying to always own the cows.

Here, have Spelunky for free on PC
Xbox 360, paying for things that are free elsewhere since forever.

can i play it on the ps3?
No need for that.
Leave high quality exclusives to the PS3 and play Spelunky on PC.
Even guys who only has a PS3 still can play the game on their PCs.

Not an exclusive. I can play it, and don't have a 360. More lems, more claiming multiplats as exclusives. More self ownage. Ya got no games. :cool:SPELUNKY is 4 years old and free ...... on PC. Nonstop-MadnessMuch older version of the game though. It's like Minecraft classic versus Minecraft.

So you'd rather spend $15 for a game instead of getting it for free?
Okay drone
Basically you're saying "screw you indie developer, even though you spent a lot of time and effort into recreating your game, adding a host of new content, etc, we're just going to play the inferior free version." Good thing folks don't do that for Minecraft. So you'd rather spend $15 for a game instead of getting it for free?

Is this what you are paying £40 for?
It seems that Lems doesn't mind about getting ripped off.
So many jelly cows and over a XBLA game. They really have nothing to play this year.JohnnyCageMK
They are laughing at Lems for dishing out £40 to play games like this that can be played for free else where.

The developer could have just as easily charged people for the free version on PC. I don't know much about it but it looks like a game I would pay money for. But since I can get it for free, why drop $15 for it when I could still get hours on enjoyment from the free version. My main priority in gaming is enjoyment, and if I can do it for free (legally of course, I would never pirate), why spend an extraneous $15
As far as support indie developers, I have spent over $100 over the past few months on Humble and Indie Royale Bundles.

Its a $15 XBLA game, not a full retail game

This game is only $15, and considering the varied randomized nature of the content, and the difficulty being extremely challenging... Seems to be worth it, especially for Super Meat Boy fans. Where did you get the £40 from?[QUOTE="JohnnyCageMK"]So many jelly cows and over a XBLA game. They really have nothing to play this year.GamerwillzPS

Atleast we aren't forced to use a free crappy online system that doesn't support a multitude of feachers..Basically, you'd rather play the inferior free version opposed to shelling out chump change for a better product. That's reasonable. But did you buy Minecraft or do you only play the classic version? The developer could have just as easily charged people for the free version on PC. Atleast we aren't forced to use a free crappy online system that doesn't support a multitude of feachers..What are some of the features included in this "multitude of features" not available of PS3? It must be a lot of important stuff to justify $60/year.
I'll start off the list for you
Feel free to add to the list. I'm dying to know of all these wonderful features that PSN does not have.

I have not played the game so I can not really comment on how much inferior the free version is. If it is a night and day different where the free version is absolute crap whereas this version is great, then sure, I would pay the $15. I was just watching this review/gameplay and it seems quite good. It even has randomly generated dungeons for more replay value. Seems like a great deal to me, especially for free.
I did not play Minecraft at all though since it doesn't really appeal to me.

it won't be a night and day difference, you'll just miss out on a lot. Me too. I just downloaded the free version after watching that review. If I really like it and it hits Steam or is in an Indie Bundle than I definitely grab this version :)
