When the PS3 first came out the xbox 360 only had around 10 million sold.
Sony pretty much shotgun themselves in the face when their console didn't have any games for two years and sold for $600.
MS failure rate and Sony slopping around made it too easy for the Wii. The biggest suckers in my book are the people that paid the $600 to have a paper weight for those 2 years.
This includes me. Bought mine off of Ebay for $400. Only comfort I have is I can play PS1 and PS2 games with it.
People buying now can use the $300 they are saving to buy a bunch of games.
I agree I feel it was rushed and it make you wonder what they could have produce had they not rushed it. I have the 360 Elite and it a great machine. I Bet the next gen will be mind blowing.

I agree but then again MS said it thinks the 360 has like an 8 year life span. With Natal coming out I think the next system is not coming out any time soon... -sigh- they say that so people buy it, once any company comes up with the next gen everyone is going to hurry their own, even so development for this systems has been awfully slow, so I hope they wait longer for the next systems, I wouldn't like to see they stop developing for PS3 or 360 and start once again the long process of adapting to new hardware
