The statement goes beyond prediction. It was an outright assertion. His use of the word "FACT" does not allow you to fall back on the statement as a prediction. Obviously it couldn't be anything less than a prediction, but predictions can't be lies. If he turns out to be wrong, his "fact" will be a lie. Therefore he didn't properly present his prediction as a prediction. If he had simply said, "I predict," as a preface, then he wouldn't be running the risk of ouright lying.

For example: A year ago no one thought the PS3 would be gaining on the 360 as much as it has been (although it still has a ways to go).

A ball from my hand then flying to another hand and the time it takes and calculations and variables between those 2 spaces and the time it takes for it to happen this is time in relative space.

It was jsut PR talk, althought getting Final Fantasy XIII for North America and Europe would take away a major avanatage the PS3 had over the 360. But it is just PR talk everyone does it.
