Good Ol' Microsoft.... I think I'll just use my best buy warrantee instead of dealing with MS. MS couldn't build it right the first time so I have little faith in their ability to fix the problem now. This will be my 3rd 360 in a little over 6 months.its been happening to me since the weekend and i called m$ and they said it needs to be rapair so you know the rest.same process as the red lights

why dont you dummies actually do what it says and insert a console plat1num913
Oh, snap, that's hilarious.
I had a problem with my 360. the disk drive got jammed (sometimes it wouldnt open or others it wouldnt close. )
I sent it to MS and they replaced it for 2x the pleasure if you know what i mean
Surprisingly I haven't had any overheating problems with my 360(s). My first one crapped out the second day I had it (red lights) but my new one has yet to red light me. What it does do is "To play this disc, put it in an Xbox 360 console". I think I'd rather have the red lights.... I mean come on now, this POS doesn't even recognize that it IS an xbox 360? It happens constantly and even brand new just opened no chance of being scratched games have to be ejected and put back in 8-9 times before they will play. Anyone else have a problem with their 360 not knowing that it's a 360? Kuniva1181
If a playstation product showed me the red light treatment, i would send it back to Sony with a selection of profanities. after its funeral ceremony of coarse.
On a more serious note though, why would you keep a console that broke after " days? why not see the light and go Playstation?
oh come on guyz hey this is coming ok, this is froma system that well, hey tell me this is ps3 was cheaper and Q4 was here, would u got to playstation?

After my 360 broke the 2nd time, I got mad and ever since I only buy PS3 games and vow never to buy another 360 game and never to pay for xlive again either.

oh that's funny. you're saying that because you have that little 360 owner tag in your sig.
And did you ever own a ps2? My ps2 gave me a TON of problems. Faulty disc drive, overheating. But that didn't bother you?
