I mean, the same Digital Foundry that studies tech aspects of games? Something Bethesda has historically struggled with?
And side note: The same Digital Foundry that the internet likes to take out of context whenever a game (especially if a multiplat) has a slight framerate issue or other tech issues that aren't even horrible and "BOO! Zero out of ten?"
