Xbox getting old irrelevant games. Playstation getting new games...

Why is MS doing this to us? Have they given up? Is there even a reason for them to show up at E3 anymore?

Except the Xbox is literally getting multitudes of new titles. Only difference is their Play Anywhere initiative, which in my eyes is great.

I seem to say this every year, but I might as well give it another go. If they show up at E3 this year with some honest-to-goodness exclusives, then they might pull their brand out of the fire.

But anyways, I can say one good and great thing MS has done lately is "Xbox Play Anywhere" was by far the best feature MS has done all this gen and to play MS games on my PC is something I personally can appreciate the most.

I don't want to play games on my PC. I didn't have a 360 because of that awful red ring of death thing. So it was a pretty good purchase for me but could be a lot better. They just aren't really trying.

Gears 4 was good, so was Recore (the remastered version)

They havent had much (even including PC) in the last couple of years but neither did PS4 in the beginning.

Xbox One had more exclusives during the first year+ after the consoles launched, PS4 has been kicking ass since.

Lets not pretend like Xbox One never had exclusive games

They’ve given up trying to keep up with Sony and Nintendo. BC is their only hope as they wait out for next gen. We’ll still get yearly HaloGearsForza doses but outside of that their first party will be lacking. As a lem you should be used to this by now. I dont think theyll do that. Theyve commited to PC now big time. Except if by exclusives you mean console exclusives. We reaching the end of the generation, its this E3 or never. Maybe they focusing on next-gen titles for new Xbox similar to what Nintendo did with Switch... Xbox brand is in a weird situation as we speak.

Just got Sea Of Thieves, Deep Rock Galactic Early Access and State Of Decay 2 coming in May. Tons of new content and besides the BC team has no impact on new games.

MS announced 50 some games coming via id@xbox, e3 is around the corner, MS has a cloud gaming division which will help small and large studios(see more third party/play anywhere).

Somehow they went from the company that was grabbing every new game it could with the early days if the 360 to the play it safe company. It's weird....

Sea of Thieves is not a new game? State of Decay is not a new game? Ori 2 wouldn't be a new game? One can argue its not enough because of deeply entrenched loyalty but the system objectively has the newest games. But no-ones buy multiplatform games right? LOL.

Xbox has had almost zero exclusives that have interested me since halo 3 launched 11 years ago. Xbox is like a PC except shittier in every measureable category with no games. At least Playstation and Nintendo has some games that interest me and im not even exagerrating
