Imagine K/M vs. Game controller discussions will die off because many PC users will see that they got owned by a controller, yet K/M users wont be in advangtage because skillful developers learned how to balance gameplay..
No more PC owns Xbox 360 in graphics hate threads (even though this will all be true). Lemmings and Hermits will learn that graphics alone dont make the game great, but the gameplay does which they can experience together.

No. I think the war will become more violent. Until now, all we've been able to do was shout at each other. Now, the war is coming to the actual games. >_>

give me 200-300 dollars, and ill unite with you lol. i do not see pc gamres jumping to Vista any time soon but a small percent. but that i just my opinion. i think ill just stick to Xp running sli 7900gt till more games that have dx10 come out . by then true WIn OS will be out and not some win me i mean Vista. until then ill keep my 360 seperate from my pc.
Anytime a 360 player kills a PC player, it is the result of the auto-aim. Anytime a PC player kills a 360 player, it will be the result of the PC player's skill. We will never hear the end of these excuses.
Is anyone actually pumped about live anywhere? Seems like a useless feature anyways... You only get some more opponents who have an unfair advantage/disadvantage. Also being both a pc gamer and xbox 360 gamer to make use of live anywhere is really unpractical because of the huge number of so called "console exclusives".
I do realize that this will be a slow process... When Service Pack 1 comes out for Vista many like myself will jump abroad. In speaking for the future in 2-3 years I think everything I said is very possible.

I don't want your *#%* community any where NEAR my PC games. Beating controller scrubs will be like picking a fight with a paraplegic.. Plus, you guys can't even type. The hell im going to listen to 10 year old live kiddies who think theyre hardcore scream over the mic. Plus, the only way theyll make it fair is actually by nerfing the keyboard and mouse through some lame mechanic and giving you guys a ton of aim assist. If they do that i'll pass, I prefer games with actual skill involved.

Right, getting owned with a controller when the console version of Shadowrun gets autoaim is balanced gameplay. Not the mention the fact that they implemented an innacurate crosshair for the pc versi on to help "balance" the gameplay. A mouse will always be infinitly better in fps's than a controller. The only way a controller could win without these "balances" is if the guy playing the pc version is comatose.

Except that PC has the advantage of having a keyboard/mouse, controller, and a joysticke plug all at the same time and use the one needed depending on the circumstance. I've done it myself in BF 2.

This "Live Anywhere" nonsense will most likely be some method of allowing MS to try to make the Xbox 360 look better. Could you imagine if Xbox 360 gamers started getting their butts handed to them in Unreal 3.0 Deathmatch? I assure you, MS will stack the deck against PC gamers. They've slowly been ruining PC gaming ever since the original Xbox came out. They pay developers to delay or not release games to the PC to bolster the Xbox's library. This is probably just another step in their process of stamping out PC gaming and forcing adoption of the Xbox.
