[QUOTE="Phoenix534"]This is obviously just a scheme to try to get people to spend more money, if you think Microsoft is really trying to "give back to the people" with this move you're blind. What can you buy with 200 MSP? That's nothing. :| The MSP system shouldn't even exist to begin with. It was a scheme in it's own and it works. What the hell? You guys are complaining about getting free points? This is why companies don't care about us anymore. To many of the people in the "core gaming community" are a bunch of ungrateful jerks who can never be satisfied.
Messiahbolical-
And Sony does this exact same thing with PSN+. You pay $50 a year to get these "great deals" on DLC, and other downloadables.
There's nothing wrong with it. That's what smart companies do. Valve does it with Steam too. They mix all these great "impulse" buy games in with the big name games, and people go crazy because of this "incentive" they have to buy things because they're on sale. Sony and MS give the illusion that you're getting a good deal because you get a "discount" by paying $50 a year, and you get "free" MS points by paying for XBL, and doing surveys.
