Will the Game DVR capture at the source resolution? i.e. will Forza 5 clips capture at 1080p and 60fps? And where can Game DVR clips be uploaded to?

I know it's hard but this is when you then use your brain and ask why XBL Silver can't just upload to Youtube/twitch/etc but not the Xbox cloud? Would be simple solution, but it's just another one of those cases of Microsoft putting shit behind the XBL Gold paywall and their drones spinning and giving excuses for everything.
Between your router and console.... yes YOUR router and YOUR console inside you house without your ISP and those 3rd party services even involved, this is software level block, thats how bullshitty it is. Sony doing non of that other then this controversial multiplayer which is still liter of what MS is doing I was only one saying baout htis before next gen was annouce but no body cared..... and lems been so happy about it. IMO this is worse then there past DRM polices, they not blocking access to there propety.... thye blocking access to services avable for free thru your internet cable that alll you need is right software which you can even code for yourself on PC.... actully it might be reason why MS tried to push this DRM as people been fooled with this worse BS. blah blah blah Sony charging for multiplayer is a good thing blah blah blah. that about the jist of it? 
Well since I have this thing called a JOB I don't have a problem paying for premium features. I really think some of you have entirely too much time in your day to devote to digging up anti-XBOX One material. If you don't like it or don't want it then DONT BUY IT!!! Millions of us will buy it and will love it! Trust me when I say the PS4 is not a perfect console either and there will be things that will come out sooner or later!!ShoTTyMcNaDeS
