Xbox One getting free Dark Souls with Dark Souls III Pre Order ( Not PS 4 or PC ), why?

PS4 should be able to run PS2 or Vita games...

If PS4 was capable of BC then they would get Dark souls

Because X1 needs help to move copies. They're doing the same thing with Doom 4 because they know the X1 is in deep trouble. No dev wants to sell 5:1 on ps4 vs the Bone.

xbox one didn't get Bloodborne, PS4 won't get DS 1 with pre-order of DS3.

Each system got something from From Soft that the other didn't, I don't see a problem here.

I get why Ps4 doesn't get it, but there's no reason PC shouldn't.

Not the point, If I could get Demon's Souls free on PS4 with a pre-order of DS3 id jump thru the roof.

Im sure sony could easily do this whole pre-order X game and get Y game free via PSNow ( by giving out a code for said game on PS Now to stream for free) but you think they care? Nope, they're already in the lead with 36M units sold, why should they care? They want to nickle & Dime as much people as possible to help with their financial problems.

Na, they don't always sell better on PS4. Sometimes they sell better on Xbox, just like Mass Effect for example. Dark Souls isn't associated with PS, lol. Darks Souls 1, Dark Souls 2 and Dark Souls 3 are all on Xbox. Sony money hatted Demon Souls and Bloodborne, though Bloodborne is heading to Microsoft Windows.

Witcher 3 sales haven't been announced for each respective platform. Not to mention, Witcher 2 was a solid Xbox Exclusive as well.

BB showed up on Steam yet again. It's coming. And I already told you that they have not announced Witcher 3 sales breakdown. So you need to settle down nippledick.

• Sony didn't moneyhat Demon's Souls, that was literally the start of the franchise. It was a PS3 exclusive, and From decided to go multiplatform with their spiritual successors. Even so, the biggest fanbase for Souls is on PlayStation, because of Demon's Souls and Bloodborne, and also because PS3 was the highest SKU for Dark Souls and Dark Souls II
• Witcher 3 PS4 outsold Witcher 3 XB1 in the UK, US, and Japan. That's at least three territories we know TW3 did better on PlayStation than Xbox. Same case with Dragon Age. The funny part is, The Witcher 2 was an Xbox console exclusive, like you pointed out, and Witcher 3, Fallout 4, and Dragon Age Inquisition had Xbox co-branding and marketing- and yet the PS4 versions still outsold the Xbox One versions in spite of all that. The reason is that RPGs, quite simply, sell better on PS4 than Xbox One- it was far more even back in the Xbox 360 days, when games like Skyrim, Oblivion, Mass Effect, Dragon Age Origins, and so on, dominated on Xbox 360 over PS3- but on XB1, RPGs barely make a blip. Even Nintendo is far better at selling RPGs than Xbox.
