Yes they are the same until you play them and one drops to 45 FPS and the other does not..

By the way no one has to wait 10 months to get the superior version,as the PC version is already superior to Scorpio 10 months in advance so if the real superior version was the goal yeah no need to wait..lol

1. Buying RE7 PC version from Windows store will also buy Xbox Scorpio version.

2. Xbox Scorpio with 4K UHD-Blu-player replaces my Samsung HD Blu-ray player i.e. 4K UHD-Blu-player that can play my existing Windows store purchases. From PC user's POV, switch to Xbox One device is not starting from near ground zero.

But the superior console version is the one with PSVR like all reviewers out there mentioned. It's practically exclusive since it plays so much better.

It's only exclusive on the PSVR for one year. After that The PC VR's headsets and most likely even on the Scorpio is getting the VR mode.

Forza 7, Sea of Thieves, Crackdown, State of Decay 2, etc are not going to be on the Scorpio? I guess I will buy a high end PC for the games instead of only watching 4k Blu-Ray Movies on the new Xbox Console this fall.

What a pathetic list. Forza 7 is the only worthwhile game on that list and even then it's from a tired and worn franchise. The other games are either sequels of flops or future flops waiting to happen.

Yeah everytime I see a xbone "exclusive" list I keep wondering how is that it still has any supporters, it's pretty pathetic but I guess that's why sales are falling in free fall.

@dakur: PS4 has the least exclusives and they fill the void with AA games that are mostly japan made carp games. Where are the PS4 AAA games?
