Agreed, definately no single player lag (i'm guessing you mean slowdown).

And even with my crappy 2mb down 256k up dsl connection the game rarely lags online for me.

Lag where i can even move!? Lag where for some reason, i cant shoot my gun, pick up a gun, switch a gun.

I've honestly never experienced that, one time i remember someone warping around a map, but the host was downloading on his PC and when he switched that off the game went back to normal.

Maybe your just unlucky and get matched with horrible hosts?

If you go too the Clock Tower map and shoot endlessly at the Boom Shot by the car/truck (while in cover), you can some how jump out of the map and you'll find your self under that brige.

Yes. Well I was only referring to demo versions and the full version of GeoW. Slowdowns happened more often then lag though. I remember playing the BlackSite: Area 51 demo. Choppy almost all the way through.

once again, you only played it for a few hours, you used DEMOS to base claims on all the other games, you only own one game, etc. etc. If you did get it, you were foolish to hardly even give it a chance, and were probably just looking for things to gripe about to begin with.

I did, twice. I covered those points you made with my own. perhaps you should re-read My post. Yes, the 360 is loud, but not to the point of being unbearable. And I've tried explainign the ignorance of using demos to determine how the games will be in the final stages is ignorant TWICE, and you seem to have ignored that.

Gears of War plays great so you must have DSL and you're sharing it with your whole neighborhood.

As far as DIRT goes? There isn't even a demo of it yet.
