This nonsense about KY being a perfectionist has got to end, as does the rampant fanboyism. The amount of bugs, poor design decisions, and mis-information by PD is just as bad as every other developer. Anyone that believes KY is some kind of perfectionist has obviously never played a GT game. They make as many bugs and errors as everyone else. That being said, they still make one of the best games ever.
People better be ready for non of these features to be in game like they expect.
- Weather - won't be real time. The weather will be static and always be the same for that track.
- Track editor - no chance. Autocross editor? Maybe.
- Time of day - won't be real time. Just like weather, such and such a track will always be at night.
- Nascar and WRC? Are they really the same without the tracks? Nascar with 16 cars on a couple different ovals? WRC without the real rally stages? 20 environments has already been stated, that doesn't leave much room for those licenses' tracks.
Those are my expectations, and I won't be suprised if most of that is missing, but at least I'm setting myself up for a pleasant suprise rather than the bitter dissapointment of the past from KY. I hope I'm wrong.
