Sounds awesome to me. I hope the stats effects are more useful this time around. Appart from haste, slow, protect, shell and usually one other spell, I find most of the support magic weak. It would be useful if stuff like blind and paralysis had uses this time.

Haven't played it but I agree, Final Fantasy games are way to easy

Ya they were horrible. IDK how people can say they were great (then again, the rest of 12 was horrible except the last battle). I mean, the entire game, you fight and kill monsters. What do the devs add to increase fun factor? MORE FIGHTING! Epic fail. Bring back Chocobo Racing, Blitzball, Opera Sequence, card games, etc...aka real mini-games that actually give you a break from all the redundant fighting and allow you to play for the sole purpose of fun.

lmao, ironically the final fight was the easiest and most useless part of ff12.... if you thought everything else sucked then I advise not playing 13. or any mmo for that matter... ff12 required alot more micromanagement and buiff/debuffing than the 7-10 series.... while clunky as the system was.

I thought the status affects were awesome in FFX... made Wakka quite useful.
