But this time its an actual good one. Hori has announced an arcade stick for the Wii which will be compatible with VC and Wii games. Don't know if it will be compatible with GC games. For $52 its not bad. Hopefully we can get these on PS3 as well. I think the 360 already has a DOA4 Hori stick if I can remember correctly.

Guilty Gear Accent Core, Mortal Kombat, Virtual Console games, and then I'm at a loss because the Wii isn't getting Tekken or Soul Calibur.

This is my arcade stick.

Sadly I was thinking the exact same... Tho they aren't good just for fighters :P . Who knows? Perhaps this might be a sign that it will come in handy in the near future.

To me there probably isn't any use outside of Guilty Gear Accent Core and Street Fighter II (insert edition) on the VC.

Yeah I agree. Hell I wouldn't mind a few Shmups as well :P ...

Now that I'm thinking about it, I really wouldn't mind seeing a Shmup made for the Wii. The pointer could actually be used to control the object... Tho the only problem I can see in it, is the actual speed. But they could somehow balance its difficulty.

That stick should be useful for at least the new Guilty Gear coming soon. And should be convenient for future fighters.

But surely nobody would by a $52 arcade stick just for GG. After that game then what? Wonder how a Stick would play on SSBB.

I'm a sheep. Let's get that out of the way. Now then, I hate monstrocities like these. I only want to see them when the game I'm playing is as tall as I am.

True.

Though I almost forgot about SSBB. That doesn't sound too bad.

I'm pretty sure its a joystick and not an anolouge stick, which means no tilt. which eaquals the crappy sideways wiimote controls.

Yeah definitely... More games need to come out for me to spend money on it.

As for SSBB, I have absolutely no idea XP . Might go for an interesting experience, if Nintendo makes it compatible.

I was willing to spend £120 for Steel Batallion on the Xbox. Also consider who'd buy WiiFit for rumoured price of $70.

Then again, I'd like to see how they decide the gameplay with GG if motion sensing is an option... lol!

The VC controller is the same exact thing as a SNES controller.

Get back in your whole fanboy nobody called you into this discussion. If you actually took a second to think instead of posting garbage you would realize the VC controller and the SNES controller aren't to much different.

Well then you don't really think this arcade stick is necessary then. Which is it? Does the VC controller suck or is this arcade controller unnecessary?
