No More Heroes and if this was only one game per Console since I have two it would be Banjo Threeie and No More Heroes (even though Mario Kart Wii or Super Smash Bros. Brawl will last alot longer though.)
Smash easily. It is the only game on the list that one could literally play for an entire year by itself. Hell people are still playing on Gamecube. While I would agree that MGS4 and GTAIV are most likely going to be be better games if you had to choose one game for the year I don't know how you couldn't pick something with online, multiplayer, and 4 player with your friends.

The game was announced in 2005 at E3. It's been in production since before the Wii production started. It's being produced by a legend of gaming whose been making huge success since the 80's. If he puts it on the Wii and DS, he'll be sure that they are worth his efforts.
