You think GTA will out sell The Last Of Us at Launch?

Part of the factor here is that GTA is a multiplatform game so its sales aren't just relying on one console centric game comunity and it's a well established franchise with a lot of hype and marketing backing it. TLoU is impressive but GTA V is gonna outsell it without question.

What a dumb question, of course GTA V will out sell the TLOU, GTA V is on the 360/PS3 and will probably be ported to PC at some other date.

Who knows it's available on more platforms, however it won't become game of the gen unlike The Last of Us

Don't know why people keep saying this. Uncharted 2 was a comparatively shallower game and the pacing was much worse. 

Even if for some reason GTA V was an exclusive, it would still outsell TLoU by leaps and bounds.  TLoU, while doing very well, is still a "core gamer" game.  GTA appeals not only to them, but the more casual players as well.  It's a legendary series and more often than not lives up to it's standards.

I wouldn't be suprised if the game moved 30 million copies, so yes.

I keep watch on the majority of games that are previewed and released at least vaguely. It looks boring, it looks like the core of why I hate GTA (and most open world games really) isn't being fixed. It does have really nice graphics and an interesting plot though.

Yeah even if it was only on the PS3.
