Thats a really good one too. Loved it from begining to the end, and despite the fact I would have loved the dreams to have been narrated, they were extremely deep and well written.
Skate. Best skating game I've played since Thrasher: Skate and Destroy on the PlayStation and doesn't have the moon-physics/tractor-beam-grind gameplay that makes up the Tony Hawk series. That and it is a solid, well-made EA game... which is completely unbelievable. I personally got about 20 hours out of the game and would have easily have payed $60 for it but was able to get it for $40. I don't see how it has inherently "lower value due to it's length" seeing as how all the games that have scored 9.0/9.5 on Gamespot have had 6-hour campaigns.foxhound_fox
ahh another one i wanted to mention i just picked it up for my ps3, great game.i think it's easily innovative using the analog stick as your footing.
Underrated how? at gamespot? by critics in general? or by "gamers"(people at these forums, as i don't frequent other forums)? Well, these are off the top of my head.
Gamespot: Boom Blox and Lost Winds most definitely!
Critics: Lost Odyssey
SystemWars: Not to sure, Twilight Princess is at the top of that list but since you're restricting me to this year.. perhaps brawl(everyone seems to hate it here, or at least think it is a shell of what melee used to be). But i might need a refresher on what games everyone seems to hate here. :)

I liked it, but I can understand why a lot didn't. The game is extremely unpolished, and it takes a special kind of gamer to look past those and appreciate what's there. :P I'd recommend taking it for a test drive on PS3, though.

ya it is extremely unpolished, I will take it on a test drive on ps3, and probably own it when it drops down to $20 or something

The only reason I'm considering buying a console is because of SKATE, being a skater myself the game looks so awesome.

Why do you come here if you don't own a console?

Crackdown was suprisingly enjoyable even though i just bought it for the beta.
Haze was bad but you can add all the good parts together for about 4 minutes of good.
