Last year: Heavenly Sword

This year so far: Star Wars: The Force Unleased. I love this game. Should have gotten an eight. Definity buying it when it goes down in price.

MLB08 the Show. It got good scores from a lot of critics, but people don't realise how great this game really is. I can't believe G4's Xplay gave MLB 2k8 4/5 and MLB08 The Show 3/5. How is 2k8 better? The graphics suck, the character animations are horrible, unrealistic, shaky and don't flow together smoothly and The Show has Road to the Show which is a really fun career mode. And the new way to pitch in 2k8 is extremely hard to master, that was a stupid idea. MLB the Show is so much more realistic and that makes it more fun to play. The bad graphics and bad character animations are what made 2k8 such a horrible game.
