GTA V is really the only must-have game for me.

Rayman Legends and Pikmin 3 would be must haves if I had a Wii U (I prefer Rayman on Wii)

I plan on picking up NBA 2k14 and Watchdogs for PS4 down the line.

Quite a bit for me to play through to be honest. And the reason why I only stick with one home console and one handheld per generation. I have a bit of a backlog with Wii and 3DS games too (particularly Xenoblade Chronicles , The Last Story, and Pandora's Tower). Currently half way through Xenoblade anyway. 
 

 (There is no way I will be able to play even half of these during 2013. Non-Nintendo games that interest me are coming next year: Titanfall, MGS 5, The Witness, Transistor)

Despite what NPD is saying is one of the weakest software years for the industry since Gen 7 began, I don't think i've spent more on games than in 2013. Granted, it could be because I have more disposable income, or we're starting to see more steam-like sales on consoles (Tomb Raider on PSN for 30$ 1 month after release!), but I remember thinking the amount of games i'd be buying in the 1st 6months of this year were ludicrous.

The 2nd half are looking to be even worse in monetary expenditure. Heres my list of titles to be purchased, and on what platforms:

I would get a WiiU but i literally don't have time. and i do own a Nintendo current platform.. the Nintendo 3DS. and frankly if i want to get some nintendo fun i'll pick up something from it's existing library.
