The GOW End boss made no sense to me at all. Luckily he got caught on a box and somehow a half hour of shooting him finally took him down.
Other then that "Bad Girl" from no more heroes

lol, I was like "what? you cant shoot in God of War!?" :x Yeah, people keep using that acronym wrong. Anyway for me it would be Sephiroth in Kingdom Hearts II. No matter how many times I try, I can't do it.

Yeah, I should have mentioned him in that game as well, he's just as hard, but you have to put up with the bad camera as well.
Mine would probably have to be one of the countless bosses on Final Fantasy XI which require 50 party members and have an insurmountable amount of health and take 6 hours minumum to down. Or the special boss in FFXII which takes about 9hrs to down unless you level to lvl 100...what was his name again? I think it was The Omega mark or something.
Tough choice. I'd probably say the final form of the last boss of Final Fantasy VIII, but that was because I had a bet with a friend that I could beat the game at the lowest possible level and *just* managed at level 24. It took me so many tries, but once you Draw that spell (forgot the name of it, something apocalyptic) from the lower half of her, it's easy street. Staying alive until that point, isn't. :P

Was that the one where people were passing out trying to beat him? yup. There is one that people only beat due to a glitch in the game, once that glitch was fixed it became impossible. Supposedly Squeenix released a video of them beating him without the glitch, but im calling haxx. I havent seen this video and last time i tried it with my link shell we played for 12 hours and then I said "screw this man! Eff this game! Im leaving!" and everyone else said "yeah! screw this BS!" and we left. Havent touched FFXI since that day. This one guy tried caputuring it with a program like fraps, lol the file must have been over 300gb seeing as how those programs usually record uncompressed video.

^What he says. The simple fact that Vergil has the ability to regenerate his life at will, like his brother Dante, made this fight that much harder to beat. I'll go as far as to say he was tougher than all the one on one boss fights in Ninja Gaiden/B/S/2 without being cheap.

This is going back to Final Fantasy 10, the boss was near an ocean i think? (cant really remember well) but i remember it taking me like 45 min to beat :|
iI haven't played too many tough bosses but i think the hardest boss to kill was darth traya in KOTOR 2, not necessarily hard but took me an hour of running and healing and was difficult to inflict damage on her. Also maybe Dmitrios in Quantum of Solace ps2 on hard mode. I got angry very many times
It seems like everyone is forgetting the most ultimate boss battle of all. Me battling my parents at the same time. Usually I can fend off one at a time pretty well but when there power combine into one. All hell unleashes and the battle of the century begins. Luckily I made it out alive after weeks of battling.
