I think you've misunderstood the video. It's not your fault, the thread isn't worded very clearly. 

OP's link is a video by Blackbond critiqueing the upload of DrTre. DrTre's audio is used to show he says something like PC gaming is irrelevant, Blackbond shows screencaps of articles showing good sales on the PC platform etc. It's also a hefty jab at the Wii U as he posts article after article at the end of games which the platform isn't getting. 

Regarding the Rap at the end, well, everything pales in comparison to Straight outta Compton.
