PC gaming is a joke right now, all real games are exclusive to or on consoles

The good news is that PS4 is light years ahead of PC with its unique unified design and all developers are shifting to consoles, Witcher 2-3, Diablo 3 were the last forts to fall

It's relevant, just not as relevant as the Console market.

Not as relevant in the US, maybe. Not as relevant in Japan, that's a given.

However, the most successful game of all time (WoW) is a PC exclusive, the current most-played online game (League of Legends) is a PC exclusive, and fast-selling exclusive game ever (Diablo 3) is a PC exclusive (as of right now).

It also gets more dev support than any other system, and the biggest publishers in the industry (Activision/Blizzard, EA, Ubisoft, Take 2, Sega, and even Sony and Microsoft) make PC exclusive games, and yet make none for the consoles (except Sony/MS obviously).

But using the Wii U is just kinda weak, it doesn't represent console gaming particularly well. It's just represents Nintendos struggle to compete with Sony and MS. They try to find new ways to differentiate and compete, people bought into it with the Wii, but people aren't buying it with the Wii U. It just comes off as picking on the weakest. I don't like the Wii U and I have no immediate plans on buying one, so i'm not defending it.

If you used PS3 or 360 to make your point, I might not like it or agree, because i've never seen the PC as competition like others do and I believe both have strengths and weaknesses, but at the same time I wouldn't criticize your point. I just expected you to come from a different angle.

Also imo typically launch year games aren't great to begin with.

how are they incorrect when we have so many publishers like Ubisoft complaining about piracy on PC? Why do you think Crysis is now on consoles? F2P MMO's and social games might make more money on the PC but triple A games always make more money on consoles and that is the truth and the point he makes in the video.

PC and consoles are overlapping, but different, markets. Some types of games do better on consoles, some types do better on PC. The vast majority of 3rd party games are multiplatform now. It's not just PC games going to console, but also many console games going to PC. 

The fact remains that the PC gaming market is thriving.
