Like what? Some useless level that can't do anything? So much value there. I'd rather have a gamerscore of 11,000 than have 1100 trophies and be level 12 or something.
I'd rather have a big number like 12,000 than 1200 trophies. Plus the thing that pops up when you get a trophy isn't as satisfying as when an achievement pops up.
