You know, even though I can't stand any of their albums past 1999 (which in turn clouds my love for the band mostly)....
I still think that is one of the best Progressive Metal albums ever.
To be honest, I've never put in time to listen to Dream Theater.Swanogt19
Can't go wrong with that one or scenes from a memory.
Isn't that like their first album. So, it shouldn't be surprising that you like it. :Plancelot200
Indeed, still rules hard :P.
I have listened to them a little bit. I liked what I heard.horgen123
Any specific song you looked up?
Congrats J. I know what districts are being in myself. So that is really awesome. My girlfriend also made Districts :oSwanogt19For percussion I'm assuming? I ended up making 4th chair, which shocked me, since I didn't even think I was gonna make it. I literally learned the music in like 3 days prior to it.

Scenes of memory I think the album was called :PYeah stay away from Pablo Honey...I could just never find much to like about that album except for "Creep" :P.
This album....perfection from start to finish! Just came out and I already can't stop listening to it :P.
EDIT: Not for those with weak stomachs towards wicked lyrics or extreme metal with avant-garde elements :P.
Good song. One of the few I have listened to from them over a few years.I'm starting to like the song called "Cries In Vain" by Bullet For My Valentine
I got both of there CD's close to 2 months ago and I've listened to this song 150 times already. :P
