I've always liked school. I like learning so I guess that makes it easier for me to enjoy though.
For high school I went to a school about 45 minutes away from my home instead of going to my neighborhood school. I don't know how many of you actually follow the Newsweek high school rankings but my school would always be high up there, and I think it was #1 for two of the years I went there (it's #5 on the list now). I went into the International Baccalaureate program there and took all those IB cIasses in addition to about 12 AP courses.... so it was pretty tough. My GPA was not great... I think it was like 3.1 unweighted and weighted it was around 3.9. I got into the University I wanted to attend at least...
Now I'm attending the University of Florida and pretty close to graduating... only about a year left. It's been a lot of fun though, from just the diversity of the student population, to winning 3 major national championships (2 football, 1 basketball), to the cIasses. I'll miss it a lot when I graduate :(
Aren't you suppose to go to your neighbourhood school? I thought you didn't have a choice at attending the school you wanted. At any rate, you manage to attend a demanding school and still spend all this time on GS. Impressive. What are you majoring, I'm curious.lancelot200
The school I went to was a magnet school so it draws from people all over the city. So if you were thinking I was just picking and choosing any random high school to attend, that wasn't the case:P Most people at my school had to enter a random lottery for a chance to attend (the basic program), but to get into the IB Program it was kind of like applying for a college.... they based it on your test scores, grades, teacher recommendations, and so on... and if they were good enough they accepted you.
I had plenty of free time too. I had to do 150 volunteer hours as part of the IB requirement, was captain of my school's basketball team, and was involved in clubs like Mu Alpha Theta, Robotics, and National Honor Society. I think a lot of this extracurricular stuff helped me get into my university because my grades were not by any means amazing.
And I'm majoring in Marketing. I can still switch to Finance if I want since I'm not off track for that either but for the time being I'm Marketing.

I like school who have a big budget. My high school was nothing in comparison to a regular high school.I had plenty of free time too. I guess there is no point for you to pursue a Master's degree. It's in my opinion that Master's are something to pursue in Arts and Science. The rest are more practical studies so you don't need to continue unless you want to.

If you do it during winter time, it will most likely be after sunset. And why would you need sunglasses when the sun isn't up?[QUOTE="Swanogt19"]That's what I shoot for. My mom hates C. But I'll admit, I spent much more time studying for my Anatomy. And I'm a suffering my Senioritis
