I knew GS had been around at least since the 90's, since game pics had been posted on here back in 1998 and 1999. They probably didn't have forums for a long while though.

I remember around 2006 or so, everyone was saying "Wikipedia is so unreliable", but I've looked up many things on there that I knew beforehand (like racing related stuff) and they did do a good job of describing it.Noteldnep
