Well..yestesday AoS turn 4 years old..

"2003: Konami releases Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow for GBA in the US. The game takes place in 2035, which seems odd. But then again, there will be vampires less than 30 years in the future...right along with more Castlevania games"

Here a place to say thank you for it creation :D and talk about the think we love or hate about it :d

Happy birthday AoS! Why, I remember when you were just this tall*holds his thumb and forfinger an inch apart* but look at you now! Oh give me a hug...

That was mildly disturbing.... anyway I think the only thing I really didn't like about AoS were the soul system(I think I'm the only one who didn't like that) and the castle itself. I'll stick with my holy water and cross thank you very much.

I'd like to amend to that and say I loved the soul system, however the way Soma swung large swords(Final Sword and Death's Scythe come to mind) was just wrong. Who do you know that swings a broadsword over their head using one arm, I ask you? Who?! Nevertheless, Soma remains one of my favorite characters, even though a lot of his personality reeks of the stereotypical "Main hero who won't admit he loves someone and is incredibly naive half the time" found in many Japanese video game/anime stories. Plus, when he becomes "awakened" to his true powers, his profile pic looks alot like a king of pop who shall remain nameless...WHO'S BAD?!

yeap... you can tell how great a game is, when years later ppl are still playing it.. as newcomers or as "i love this game lets play it again...and again.... and again..."

This is one of those that after 5 more years.. we would keep talking about how great it is :D:D

thank you konami for creating this masterpiece. what can i say this is probably my favorite cv ive beaten it three times (going on four because my cart deleted my file a while ago, must be payback for accidentally letting it go through the washer in my jeans pocket a couple years back. it is the only game ive ever leveled up to lvl 99, didnt even do that with the original pokemon games my highest level pokemon was a 85 blastoise and i was a big pokemaniac too. just another way to show how amazing this game is
