oh my god, my two favorite superheroes? both are super rich, in charge of billion dollar-earning companies...and both are hecka smart. hmmmmm...too hard. im gonna go with Batman being able to use his detective skills to render the Iron Man suit useless...where Tony Starks will have to rely on his Martial Arts skills he learned from Captain America. an then batman might use something from his holster belt to throw into tony's eyes...gaining the upper hand.
