@Onega: Yeah, I probably just grab a PS2 first anyway. The slim models aren't that expensive anymore and Lament should only be like $20 or less. That would be worth playing the game and I can deal with the PS3 later. I was stuck on the same lvl when I was playing the JP version, but on the US version I am stuck on lvl 3 at the moment. I ended up beating Ghosbusters first, it is just too cool of a game. :lol: Now I can put more time into beating ReBirth.

Aside from this game, I have also been playing Tekken Tag and Street Fighter 4. Ah, good times, good times. Oh and just to stay on topic.... the music in this game is short but sweet. I hope we see a release for the soundtrack shortly.

The old skool CV's are always fun to play through. It always reminds me of how great games could be back then. I am part of the Nintendo generation, so the old skools will always hold a special place in my heart. :oops: :lol: That is why I am enjoying ReBirth so much....
e1shw: Yeah, the GB version and the other old Castlevania games remind me of Zelda II for the NES, which I though was a really cool game even though if it was sort of tough.

@omega: default difficulty, but pretty much the hardest thing is to beat the last form... the first 2, after you memorize the pattern, are pretty average. oh, and thanx for the cookies :lol:

This is sad....but I wondered if it was going to stay up there for very long. :( It is such a good game, but there have been other games coming out for WiiWare, so there was a lot to contend with before it even released. Let's hope RoB will get up there on the charts when it releases! :D
Man......I wish he would just come back. I am totally confused as to why he left the union anyway?????? :? He was fun to hang with and he contributed a lot of info. :)
EDIT: I read his blog post and now understand what happened, well at least one side of the story anyway. :)
Ok, now back on topic.....
ReBirth was most likely in the Top 10 for 3-4 weeks. It relesed here in the US on Dec. 28th, and Pixel posted the news on Jan. 26th. :)
Too bad you missed out on the clocktower match, that is the prize we are playing for. :D Although, I already vowed to hand it off to second place if I win. I already have it, just wanted to play the game (clocktower). :)
