You do em on Adobe Imageready.

Its really hard and im really rubbish at them. Although the animated tag came out OK

OMG love that style...the 1th one.....that is the most awesome one you have ever made...
pls tell me how..pls...pls...pls....:D...pls....i`ll put that you teach me that style and would not use that style to make other sig that will be your think....but pls....pls....i will love to do some stuff for me with that designe...

btw...just in case you have not notice......give you 10/10 to that one....is awesome....:D

kk i will.

1. Put a gradient - best gray and white- on a blank white BG. Put your render on top of the grey part of of the gradient.

2. Duplicate your render. On the bottom render use the single collumn maeque tool anywhere on  the render.

3. press CTRL+T and stretch the marque on either side. You should have a render on top while the bottom one goes all stretched like a pattern to cover the entire sig. Now set it to "Overlay". You should now have a BG like mine, minus the smudging.

• 4. select the smudge tool and using the icon in the top right hand of the entire PS(it looks like a page) Set these presets:
• Shape Dynamics: 100, 3, 100, 100, 1
• Scattering: 275, 1, 0
• other dynamics: 0

Make sure these are ticked.

5. duplicate your render

6. using smudge and the maple leaf brush (reset your brushes cos its there!) Go round the render. It doesnt matter it your ruin the render on top because you eventually put the one you duplicated it from on top of it.

7. you should have something like mine. Remember dont give up if it goes wrong.

ok mari said i should scoot my booty on over here and show off the new sig.....honestly i'm a bit shy about doing this because i'm sooooo new at PS....i'll probably shrink it down soon and just found a new font system....but anyway-finally got the layering system figured out, and the basic blending/color/saturation stuff.....

i keep hearing lingo like dynamics/scattering/etc...if someone wants to fill me in in the resource thread that would be great.  well anyway, this is my first one ever so be gentle...but i certainly welcome tips (i'm quite happy with the layout, though i need some work on clarity/background/effect work.....

bigjohn i don't know if you saw the older version but it was a lot larger and blurrier- i've trimmed it down a bit  :) (still plenty of room for improvement)

nice skullz :) like the red in it!  thora has been spoiling me with sigs lately (hehe) so i don't have anything recent- except my profile banner....i'll see if i can do something soon...:)

2nd that! or the undertaker? triple H? big show? :lol:  i used to watch the jake the snake, andre the giant, macho man, ultimate warrior, road warriors,  and jimmy hart stuff........honestly i haven't been able to make out any of your dudes from your sigs yet (except sting- wasn't he blonde?) :(  but they do look great! :D:D

edit again:  the ROCK!! i can't believe i forgot about him! ok i'll stop with the fangirl stuff....:P
