I'm now a member of a forum that's independant and off-site from GS. We need members, and it occured to me that it would be the perfect oppurtunity to have a thread for our union. If you guys give me the okay, I'll create a thread for us, where we can curse and generally talk about stuff without GS ToS restrictions. Of course, we can't go too far, but I just thought it might be a nice way to give us some freedom, that's all. Also, we would still do a majority of our posting in this forum, I'd just create a sticky thread with a link to the off-site forum. Anyway, let me know what you think, and vote!
7th vote. GS is buggy and slow(at least for me). and I'd like to be able call someone a fanboy without having my account suspended(Yes, it has happened before) =/
As long as the union is kept as it is and is not used as a brigde for another union in some other place (which I doubt this is the case, considering is Gregg asking). I`ll say yes
That said, I would not be posting much (if at all) at someother site. As you guys/gals know I barely can go with this one. And my vacation are done tomorrow :(
another union i was in did somethin like that awhile ago. the union died pretty fast after everyone joined the forum. also the froum is pretty inactive now too. lol. id probably join the forum if there was one started, but at the same time, id spend way more time here than i would there just cause of the convience of not needing to leave gamespot and being able to move form one thing to the next in the same window and all that.
