Total days by total posts isn't really a good way for the Creators' Guild, because it goes from active to hibernation at irregular intervals, currently slow. But figuring it out that way gets me 20.68 posts per day.alx222000
that isn't bad for a union anyway. I'll try to figure out the ULC's in a second.

Yeah, not bad for a union that's NEVER had more than ten active posters.well, as you can see by this chart tracked over the last 30 days, CW is losing activity slowly. I'm not concerned right now, but it is something to think about.
your chart must be decieveing to your own eyes, as your posts per day has gone down by a grand total of six...hendrix29yeah I guess so. :?
your chart must be decieveing to your own eyes, as your posts per day has gone down by a grand total of six...hendrix29That's what I thought for a start, though technically, his posts must have dropped more than 8, for the average to drop 8, but that union hasn't been around long enough for it to be much more.

well that honestly isn't a big difference at all no matter how you put it.

So, it could have dropped something like 30 actual posts per day.[QUOTE="hendrix29"]That's what I thought for a start, though technically, his posts must have dropped more than 8, for the average to drop 8, but that union hasn't been around long enough for it to be much more.[QUOTE="alx222000"][QUOTE="hendrix29"]your chart must be decieveing to your own eyes, as your posts per day has gone down by a grand total of six...alx222000

Example: a union is open for 30 days, the first 15 days, it gets 100 posts per day, the second 15 days, it drops to 50 posts per day.
Day 15, the average and actual posts per day is 100. Day 30, the average is 75 posts per day, a drop of 25, but the actual posts per day is 50, a drop of 50.

oh, alright, sorry for the miscue there.
Ugh too much maths. Hopefully one day unions with have detailed statistics that can tell you these things.Lazdude
I'd love to see that, I love stats, and not doing too much work to see them is even better. Seeing how much my union posts per day, plus things like member posting amounts would be very cool indeed.
Probably because you're beating everyone in the awards.Lazdudeoh well, i'll take what I can get. :D
My Union isn't that active anymore. First few days it was active then it almost completely stopped. I need new recruits. So anybody wanna join?Oh and please try to be active if you join. The name of the union is The Mecha and RPG Union.
[QUOTE="hendrix29"]10 posts a day for any union right now...isn't that bad. That's the shape us unions are in :P maa4208Hell, I'm happy with triple digit views. One day I had 17 views. :| It was probably me only too. :|
we've had days such as that today here, heck even two days a go it was at 43. I'd love to see a good 5-10 posts a day but sometimes we don't get that, and sometimes we get 25.
Well, my GT union is very silent. Besides the tunning tourney I run and an occasional PS3/GT5 post we are in a holding patterrn till GT5 releases in Feb 08 (US). My other union GT5 is officially dead, still have not decided what to do with it. GS does not need many unions formed for the same thing (choice is good, just not at the expense of quality).
Thanks ULC
this is why i support union mergers. if club whatever could begin sucking up smaller OT unions, then it could become even more poweful, and GS unions would become fewer.Well, my GT union is very silent. exactly, and game related unions really shouldn't have more than two or three about the subject. If TESFU were to pick up the meaningless TES unions that are inactive, all of the members who once were active could find a place to post.
WWEv had lots of traffic up until GameSpot "upgraded" to this editor. It's slowly dwindled thanks to some annoying glitches in the coding that have yet to be fixed. vBulletin this is not. :PJackov
I know what you mean. I've had problems cutting and pasting articles ever since they did that "upgrade".
My union (The Sim Union) has been dead for like a year. It still exists simply because of the small possibility (looking dimmer ever day) of Unions: V2.kruegersc4
Heh, I know as I joined your union a while ago. It was a shame to see such low activity, because it is the biggest sim related union on GameSpot. If you are interested in bringing it back to life perhaps we can give you some pointers.
