Union Awards

If we are not already doing it we should give out UNION AWARDS.

Start a sticky thread and have different awards that can be given to different unions. Maybe one round of awards each month. Could be something like:

Most Active

Most Interresting Content

ect.

And honor that union, its officers, its members. And have it all posted in a thread that only officers can post in. Records can be kept, and people can look and see when their union won what award.

If GS is not doing the union awards this year, then we should definitely hold our own here.

Btw, slightly OT... the winners/nominees from last year's awards can help with that compiling of the current major unions of GS you were doing kc8.

We will definatly do this. I will try to get in touch with some of last years winners and nominees. but when should we do it?

And here are all the categories I have come up with:

best union design

best game related.

there are more but thats all i can think of right now

Well, if you could give us the idea how we can do it. We could try to do it, maybe not a so big one. But we could try.

Yep, my union was nominated. Altough I wasn't leader then. Of course fastesttruck's emblem union won. That union is amazingly helpful.

hey fastesttruck, do you think you could help us with these awards? we need publisity for one thing. i can make a sig or something, we can all start blogs, and maybe we can get a sticky topic on the union recruitment board if we are lucky.kcwsk8

we should really get it together before we start advertizing for it. If we make a big deal over an idea or an unrefined product it will only damage our credibility.

Do you know what the real vote count was? I was always curious where the Triple A ended up and if anyone came close to the Emblems union.

Imo, we shouldn't be thinking too far ahead until these enhancements come and we get to see how much unions'll benefit from them.

Kc, it's gonna take a big effort by you, but if you get all the members to vote, and spread the word about this union so you can get votes in from others, this could be a pretty big event. I'd message moderators as well.
