Huh? Do you mean in the article? If so you have to be an officer for your predictions to have been in the article.

[QUOTE="HyruleanLink"][QUOTE="REVOLUTIONfreak"]

[QUOTE="HyruleanLink"]I saw an ad on G4 for E3 and they gave it theme this E3 like "The Battle of Games." I guess that is going to happen this E3 is game updates/ announcements. In another union, someone suggested a new handheld by Nintendo at this E3. I looked at this a little weird because isn't early for a new handheld??? Also the DS has only been out for about 2 years..... I think.Agreb91

A new handheld is a little out there... Nintendo has no reason to introduce a new handheld. Iwata even said it himself, why fix what isn't broken? Or in other words, why make a new handheld when the current one is still selling so well?

I think that a new handheld could be introduced late next year, and then released maybe the following holiday season (2009), but otherwise that is just outrageous. Oh, and the DS will be three this coming November.

I'm glad I'm not the only one that thought it was early for a new handheld. Also you bring up a good point about how well the DS is selling and with good reason. Also by that quote from Iwata convinces that they won't show off a new handheld.

Nintendo really has no reason to introduce a new handheld. Like Iwata said. The DS is doing very well in it's sales and it has a terrific growing library.

I really wouldn't want a new handheld ... I find the DS as the elite handheld. You can touch the screen and just play classical with the D-Pad/A+B.

Or maybe it will have a control stick and a/b/x/y buttons as will.

I updated the prediction update on the hompage with this.

Nintendo:

Systems

  • Brag about how surprised they are with the success New Wii and controller color probably black plus new colors for the DSL.
  • Officially announce the new Glove and Zapper that we have already seen.
  • Another accessory that will act like a strap to make sure the control never again falls from your hand.
  • DVD player enabled Wii.
  • New Channels.

Games:

  • "Super Smash Brawl" for mid to late September maybe to combat the "Halo 3" juggernaut.
  • "Metroid Prime 3 Corruption" hands on for press and maybe even officially announce movie that was supposedly being planed.
  • "Super Mario Galaxy" playable (well this has already happened) and of course launch date.
  • Announcement of a sequel to "New Super Mario Bros." for the DS.
  • Sequel to "Golden Sun: The Lost Age" on the DS or maybe the Wii.
  • Two serious Wii games for more mature audiences along the lines of Manhunt maybe a thriller.
  • Other Games that show theuse the Wii controls in new intuitive ways

Sony:

Systems:

  • Trump BD as the future and celebrate the lead over HD DVD.
  • Talk about Australia and how well the PS3 is doing there.
  • Brag about the surge of PSP sales after the discount.
  • Admit to some mistakes but reassure that they will bounce back.
  • Announce the internal decoding Of DTS Master Audio tracks inside the PS3.
  • Working prototype of new "Eye Toy".
  • A wireless Guitar for "Guitar Hero".
  • Rumble enabled controller creatively named "Dual Shock 3".
  • New PSP model

Games:

  • Playable "Heavenly Sword" plus launch date.
  • Playable "Lair".
  • New Trailer for "Resident Evil" sequel along with the official title.
  • "Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of Patriots" trailer plus launch date.
  • New "Metal Gear Acid 3" or Graphic Novel sequel trailer for PSP.
  • New "Metal Gear Solid Portable Ops 2" for PSP.
  • New RPG for PS3 Real trailer for "GT5"

Microsoft:

System:

  • Brag how well they are doing and how they are leading in Net Sales to date.
  • Launch date for IPTV service plus working demo.
  • Touch sensitive accessory date.

Games:

  • Halo 3 Trailer Beta talk plus movie update.
  • Bioshock trailer hands on.
  • Mass Effect 3 trailer and dated roughly.
  • Banjoe Kazoie 3 First Look.
  • Kameo elements of Power sequel.
  • Viva Piniata sequel.
  • Assassins Creed Trailer although for PS3 as well will probably run on 360 hardware.
  • Halo Wars trailer and another rough date probably 08.

Final thoughts is all will say they are winning and brag about success however. the only real winner from the numbers standpoint is Nintendo. Hopefully they can bring some good games and interesting new IP's. I think this small E3 will have the same impact as the rest and even thought it has been downsized will remain a high note for the industry.
