I can't understand why it can't be played worldwide. No touranments for players who have the game. Nintendo need to make sure Mario Kart Wii and Super Smash Bros Brawl is worldwide when they are online. Mario Kart DS was for the Nintendo DS. It's a shame that for tournaments. It should have been the same as Mario Kart DS worldwide,Friends,Rivalsand Regional but the game doesn't give you those choices. It is a shame for players.

i was very disappointed about not being able to play worldwide. It is hard for unions to do tourments because of different servers. Hopefully they won't do this for MArio Kart Wii and IF for Brawl.
I think every Nintendo Wi Fi game has had players able to play anyone around the world but not Mario Strikers Charged. Nintendo better not make the same mistake with Smash Bros Brawl or Mario Kart Wii because I will want to play worldwide like Mario Kart DS. I just don't understand why Mario Strikers isn't worldwide. We all will want to play eachother in future games but if the games aren't worldwide then we can't have future tournaments like Mario Kart Wii and Smash Bros Brawl.
^ I agree on the Brawl (if) and Mario Kart for worldwide. I also reseted the console for the first time on a match on WiFi. I did it earlier this week. The person used Daisy's and Boo's deke move to score goals. I played the first match and lost. Then they did that the second the whole time:evil:. I wasn't going to put up that cheapness and I ended that game.:twisted:
I will be dissapointed if you can't play anyone from around the world on Mario Kart Wii. Mario Strikers Charged should be worldwide because the sport socceris very popular and should have worldwide connection so you can play anyone in the world but it is dissapointing.
But Rev and HylianHeart, you guys should wait till the N.A players develop like the ones in Europe... you guys will get frustrated to the max!!! There are some really dodgy techniques (all utilised in game though) that people have realised and taken full advatage of. 95% of them you can stop and it will end up making you a more skillful player if you have the patience. But if a person picks a team of a captain plus three dry bones... beware!

I am working on the Strikers cup as well. I have Luigi, mole, koopa, and toad. I got beat up on the first round table for the Strikers cup series. That was normal too.
I played Mario Strikers Charged today and that game is awesome! I can't believe how fun it is. I played with my friend Brian over my Friend Dave's house. It's so fun how you can score 9 goals with your team captain :P. I got wipped 10-6 ... I really really like it though and I plan on Buying it after I sell Mario Party 8.

So Rev are you still getting lots of lag? I've logged on a couple of times and so far I've got all four star connections. I have very little lag, and the little lag I do experience isn't enough to really affect the gameplay.

:lol: I like passing the ball back and forth to make it white because you have a better chance of scoring.
