Officer Application

I'm sad to say that arfy2 has resigned due to reasons revolving around school..... therefore an officer spot is up for grabs!  This application thread will stay up for about 2 weeks, and at the end of 2 weeks I will announce a winner for the "Officer Competition"

Rules/Questions

- to apply for an officer position, a user must be lvl6 or higher, and must have at least 500 posts overall

- When applying, please answer these questions in this format.....

How long have you been a member of the EoNU?

What do you think the EoNU is all about?

Do you have time to spare for the benefit of the union?

Do you own or plan on owning Wii or DS?

Your favorite game? (just out of curiousity :P )

Why do you want to be an officer in the EoNU, and what do you think you can contribute?

-In addition to this survey, the applicant must send me a list of at least ten people that they invited.  Of course the more people you invite the better chance you have of being promoted.  Also to avoid confusion for some, you recruit people by going to the admin tab, scrolling down, and either entering your friends list or entering random users.

- I would like to see some of the applicants show activity within the next two weeks, to show me that you actually have desire to be an officer

- at the end of week two, I will narrow the applicants down to fice, and a poll will be made for everyone to vote.  The poll wont actually "elect" anyone, but it will help me make my decision.

How long have you been a member of the EoNU? I have been a member since I think August

What do you think the EoNU is all about? The EONU is about more than just Nintendo's past, but also about Nintendo's future as a game company

Do you have time to spare for the benefit of the union? Yes, I never get very much homework and I guarantee that I will inform you about an extended vacation before hand

Do you own or plan on owning Wii or DS? I own a DS and will have a Wii by 2007

Your favorite game? (just out of curiousity) My favorite game...I don't really have one right now

Why do you want to be an officer in the EoNU, and what do you think you can contribute? I want to be an officer because I feel that I can help with anything that is needed to be done, I can also update any threads (like reviews, friend codes, and affiliates) if they are outdated. And since I am a union leader I feel that I know what other leaders want and need from their officers in order to make a great union.

EDIT: I will be gone October 7th-16th, just adding this because I dont want it to affect my chances

What do you think the EoNU is all about? The EoNU is a extremely large Nintendo community for users to post their thoughts, how they feel and what they enjoy about Nintendo in the past 20 years from topics that range from the NES to the Nintendo Wii.  

Do you have time to spare for the benefit of the union? I have a fair amount of free time on my hands every day and will post daily.

Do you own or plan on owning Wii or DS? I already own a DS but I plan on getting an Onyx DS Lite. I will also save up my hard earned money to get my hands on what I think is the greatest most innovative console in history: The Wii.

Your favorite game? (just out of curiousity ) My favourite Nintendo game (and fav of all time) has to be the one and only Kid Icarus for the NES

Why do you want to be an officer in the EoNU, and what do you think you can contribute? I want to be an officer here because I think that this union is one of the greatest (and largest) of Nintendo communities on Gamespot (and the Internet alone.). I will contirbute by posting Nintendo news and other topics that will keep this union going as fresh as it already is :)

Do you have time to spare for the benefit of the union? I'm online every afternoon and night. I don't know about weekends because my brother will never get off the computer.

Do you own or plan on owning Wii or DS?I plan on getting a black Wii and I own a DS lite.

I have time to spare, right now, I am active in all 8 unions I am in, 6 of which I am an officer (hope to be 7)

I had a DS from the first day and then traded it in for a DS Lite on opening day. And for a Wii, I will be camping out all night for it

My favorite games are:
NES- Mario Bros. 3
SNES- Donkey Kong Country
N64- Super Mario 64
Gamecube- MK: DD
DS: ACWW, or MK
Wii: Wii will find out!

EDIT: I want to be an officer here because it is one of my favorite Nintendo unions, and I am a Nintendo Fanboy, so I guess that is is a great place for me!
