Considering it has online play, and the fact that it is a starfox game i will probably buy it. The game comes out on August 3rd in Japan, and the 28th in the U.S.
yes, the character models look absolutly horrible though. i hope it's less painful to endure during the game than having to look at those retarded versions of fox and co.
otherwise, i'm happy to FINALLY get a real star fox game after all these years. and a definite buy for me - i'll be killing you in dogfights come the end of august! :P
I really can't see my self buying it cause i'm not a real fan of the sereis,but you never know what will happen in the future.If it gets a lot of feed back from you guys maybe i'll give it a try !
did you ever play the original or the 64 version? those were the best - especially the 64 versions flight based missions, and multipler was fun too.wickerman2004
a certain part of command looks oddly familiar......if you look at some of the videos you can hear Peppy saying "The mothership is approaching"....and the ship it shows is the exact same one in the N64 starfox
An awsome game, i have a feeling they will definatley improve the mutiplayer cause the n64 version had a really bad one. I agree the graphics are much better then the Super Nes version i could tell instantly. This is the exact recepie for the DS to remain on top of the hand held world. They honestlly deserve to be no.1, the PSP is one hell of a system but its good games are few and its great games are almost nonexistant. Anyway back on topic i will definatley be buying this game.
im not sure because from what i've read it sounds to easy. 'just drag on a bomb on the touch screen to where you want to attack' , 'touch the loop-d-loop button on the touch screen to switch positions with an opponent thats on your tail to turn the tides' , 'touch the spin button on the touch screen to do a tailspin' - these quotes from Nintendo Power seem to point out that these new, easier ways to play might take the fun out of a flying game
