well.. uh... i'll try my best to translate. But, i'm still looking for some websites or some kind souls to guide me in this translation. And, please be warned, any info here could be mis-translated by terrible me. And, there's another whole bunch of info that i can't translate as well. Sorry for the trouble, and thanks for your understanding too.

The little information about Balthier

Well, it begins with this heading

"Who do you think I am? I am nothing but the male lead in this story, too..."
[This phrase is made with reference from the ever-so-famous phrase in FFXII itself]

Balthier plays the role of a sky pirate as well, in FFT. He has no nationality. And, he's what you call the "FREE" guy, and doesn't believe in the "norm" practices in Ivalice itself. Searching for treasures and all, and something called the Secret Treasure of "Ga-ro-ba-do-su" {probably translated into "Galobados" or something, whatever that is}.
Or rather, he's a mysterious guy, to begin with.

Somehow, i think he gets entangled into the story, don't know how, and i guess it'll be up to the player after all. :?

NEW Job Classes

The Onion Knight and Dark Knight is available in this version. You can view the pictures by going to the official website: Enter [a new window pops up]-> Go to "System" -> a tabbed option which says "View Jobs" -> and the labeled names are in English thereafter.

Story

Umm, i think Wiki is a good source of information. It's based on the original FFT released in 1997. Nothing much that is different. But the official english website (1997) is accessible here too.

Battle System

Also, similar to the one in FFT (1997)

I'm glad i was of some little help :) Well, Japanese isn't that hard, if you know some Asian grammar and vocabulary. But, i'd think, for Westerners, some western language like French German or Italian are good languages you can try. :D
