WORST FF Lead Character!?!

Zidane, i don't like him :P

Cloud is too badass to be the worst.

Zidane was so much of a flirt, so he's excluded.

And Tidus and Vaan are basically real-like people thrown into these situations.

So I have to go with Squall. I just hated how so often in the game he just doesn't give a damn about anyone else, and answers "whatever..." to everything. People may think he's badass, but I think he's that minus the 'bad' part.

To share my view, I personally despise Zidane, for not only ruining FFIX :P but for his lack of personality, ^**(%ed appearance, and his abnormal style

Vaan also is deserving of my ire, just because he is probably one of the dumbest characters (personality wise), also hasnt anyone noticed he talks to himself WAY to much, its like he has a conversation with himself....I am sorry that just weird lolz

Overall its hard to judge the characters since they all of their faults

yes I played the one and oonly FF IX, it was a pathetic FF game by my standards..this is my opinion...just like you hate FFVII although it seems to be the most popular of all the Final Fantasy games.....

Of the games I played FFIX in my opinion was a waste of time and money .....lets hope they never make a similar game again :P

My main problems with FFIX ...just to justify my statements are that it's graphical style is not my favorable kind, the medival cross sensation I feel was handled badly and although I generally hate that style of FF I think FFXII did a good job on it, plus i hated the majority of the cast from FFIX and the story was a bit too ....well you know as I have dicussed it in depth on my other forum posts, its still a decent game, just not up to my FF standards

LOL SO DAMN TRUE :D personally I wasnt a big fan of Vaan however I HATE Zidane and therefore voted against him, Vaan was such a *** character....I didnt know they had cyborgs during in Dalmasca....especially cyborgs with no fashion style :P

I just don't like Vaan.  He has no personality.  Actually, I don't like a lot of the FFXII characters, but at least the gameplay is good, so it's still a good game.  I especially hate at the end of a boss fight when all the characters are doing their celabrations with their weapons, Penelo does her cool backflip and Vaan is just there drinking a bag of potion.  That looks stupid.

The only reason Ff fans to no see the character developement in Final Fantasy XII is because they are used to having it hand fed to them via a character driven story. Nothing is hand fed to you in FFXII, but the characters do have alot of personality

But what do you thnk of Vaan personality, I know the personalities exist, but was Vaan intended to be the boring one of the group, or did it just work out that way? I mean people are bland, just like people r whiney bastards like Tidus :P, so do you think it was intentional or no?
