There's a Recipe I know of that involves making Peanut Butter and Jelly Squares, don't have the recipe now at the moment so I can list it here. I also like chocolate mud pies with gummy worms for Dessert, quite delicious. :D

Pepper is fine but it doesn't go always in any food like the salt.

That it doesn't. Also, when on the wrong food, pepper makes the food too spicy/hot.

To me Pepper doesn't taste that hot, for me it's actually a little minty :P

Maybe around 10 times for me, then I seem to remember naturally.

I think it depends on your cooking skill and memory of course but for me I think it will took me 7 - 9 times.

I think this depends a lot on the recipe actually. I got a standard recipe of a bearnaise sauce in my head however, I tend to have difficulties with the proportions of things. The recipe in my head is like 2-3 persons but if I wanted to make enough for 5 persons, that's when stuff gets kinda tricky for me.  Fortunately, many dishes can be rather forgiving since they don't require 100% correctness, like a bolognese for example. On the other hand, there are recipes that are gonna massively fail if you don't know the proportions, like a bobotie and the whole milk in bread thingie.

Point is, to me, remembering the "steps" and the actual ingredients isn't the biggest problem, instead it's the proportions of (mostly) liquids that are the problem to memorize. A soup wouldn't be much of a problem, but as mentioned earlier, the amount of bread and milk in a bobotie for example, since you put it in a oven, it's not very forgiving and that's the hardest thing to memorize, the stuff that really requires exact values to be turned out right.

With that said, as some others have stated, I'd probably say it's about 10 times for me as well if I wanted to really memorize *THAT* specific shrimp soup. But maybe only 3-4 times to actually memorize properly what's actually in (and how to) the shrimp soup.
