The Introduction Thread.

How I got into cooking. Basically when I was 17 I took a job dishwashing. I lived in Canmore at the time and one of my roomates had just moved to town to become te head Chef at the Chateau Canmore. He knew I could already cook to degree, my Mom taught me to cook when I was a kid, and that I was working in a kitchen, so he hird me to cook. I've never looked bck, and now 17 years later, I'm a chef myself and still cooking up a storm. Or at least something delicious.DarthSatan
